These photos that I am sharing on this page are all of plants from my own collection. Over time the collection has evolved as I have reduced the numbers to make it more manageable. So there are some varieties shown that are no longer on my shelves.
What does it mean that an African Violet is classified as a Standard? A Standard African Violet plant usually grows to a diameter of 8 to 16 inches (20 to 40 cm). Standards are the focus of my collection. It is my hope that they will brighten up your day as they have mine.
